Dance fitness class is the creation of Strictly Come Dancing professionals Ian White, Natalie Lowe and Mark Foster. Based on ballroom and latin dances from the show such as the cha cha, waltz, jive, salsa and quickstep. It's easy to follow, good fun and great exercises. It's open to all over 13 years old and all abilities.
Darcey Bussell's DDMIX Aerobic Dance Workout at East Surrey Dance

DDMIX is a fun and easy-to-follow aerobic workout created by Darcey Bussell which takes inspiration from dance styles around the world. You will get a flavour of lots of different dances, including Samba, Bollywood, Waltz, Tango, Flemenco, Disco and many more!
£5.50 per class when paying for the term or £7 to drop in.
