When hiring the hall you may need some extra items for your event.  Included within the hire charge are the following:
  • 6ft long fold leg tables x 25
  • 8ft trestle tables x 8
  • 250 chairs.  150 ivory wedding chair covers (an additional charge will be made for laundry)
  • 250 cushions.   These can be used on the hall chairs to make seating more comfortable.  Please ask our Bookings Secretary to show you where they are stored.
  • 4 children's highchairs, with food tray.
  • Large cooler cabinet for wine or cold drink bottles which may be moved to the room of your choice.  This can also be used as an extra fridge for food - press and hold "set" then move the arrow down to set the temperature at 6 degrees.  The cooler can be locked - please ask the Booking Secretary for the key.
  • Grand piano
  • Card tables
  • Lights can be dimmed down for a party
  • Free Wi-Fi - we have Fibre Optics for a faster Broadband speed.
  • Use of the kitchen is included with all hirings.

For the Stage
  • Fully computerised lighting and sound system that can be pre-programmed.
  • Theatre lighting (7 weeks’ notice required) is metered and charged according to the rates on our Rates page.
  • PA System available with microphones.
  • cd player.
  • Plug your laptop or phone  into our sound system for disco or background music.
  • Two large backstage dressing rooms, with toilets.
  • Video link to stage, so you don’t miss your cue.
  • Access to the stage from the wings, the Main Hall, and from the car park.

​Please note the use of fireworks and bonfires is not permitted on our premises.
