(note: we do not have a licence for a legal marriage ceremony
but the Hall is available for wedding receptions).

One popular theme is to hang material on the walls, so it feels as if you are in a marquee.
We have special fixing points for this - to make it easy. Plenty of firms do this "marquee lining".
The Hall is the perfect venue to host drinks and canapes in either the foyer or the "Lecture Room";
with the dinner and dancing in the larger "Main Hall" room.
The foyer has a cloakroom area.
The wine cooler is on wheels and can be moved to any room, and an alternative is that the temperature can be lowered to make this into an extra fridge for food.
The Hall has 150 ivory wedding chair covers (see photo below).
You can add your own sashes to match your colour scheme. There is a charge for laundry.
We have 4 children's highchairs for the little ones.
Our backstage dressing room, with separate toilets, can be used if you want to change out of your
wedding outfit before leaving.
We have computerised stage lighting, microphones etc if required.
Just ask our Booking Secretary.
Below are the rates for weddings. Our special wedding package is for the whole facility, so you can use any of our rooms, and have the Hall all to yourselves.
Friday 1pm to Saturday midnight - £1000
Friday 1pm to Sunday midday - £1200
A discount is available if the reception is booked by a Woldingham resident who is the bride, groom
or their parent/grandparent.
Optional cleaning charge. Simply remove your rubbish and we will do the rest, including putting all the chairs and tables back where they belong.

We don't provide the coloured sashes, because everyone has their own colour scheme, but you can get these online, and tie a large bow on the backs of the chairs if you wish. However, they look pretty good just plain ivory! It is very simple to just slip the covers over our chairs, and we have 150 covers if you need them.

You cannot be legally married at the Hall itself, but we have the beautiful St Paul's Church within a few minutes walk. Coaches to transport your guests from other venues outside Woldingham can drop off on the road outside the Hall, or can park at The Crescent where we have our village shops.
