HIRE RATES Normally bookings are for a whole session (morning; afternoon; or evening) not on an hourly basis. However , the Booking Secretary may be able to offer a special arrangement, in which case a separate price will be quoted.

DISCOUNT FOR WOLDINGHAM RESIDENTS! A DISCOUNT OF 25% APPLIES when a Woldingham resident is hiring for their own personal use eg a private party, and/or the hiring is for a non-profit/non-commercial organisation, and/or the hiring is for a function on behalf of a registered UK charity. NEW HIRE RATES FROM 1st JANUARY 2026 Regrettably the Hall is having to increase its rates to our hirers from January as our operational costs are ever increasing. We all know heating has become very expensive, and our heating bills are huge, but also the costs of maintaining the building have risen sharply in the past few years. Our previous rate increase was in 2023.

OUR SPECIAL WEDDING RECEPTION PACKAGE All rooms - the whole of the Hall is yours! £1000 - 1pm Friday to midnight Saturday £1200 - 1pm Friday to 1pm Sunday A discount of 25% applies if the wedding reception is booked by a Woldingham resident who is the bride or groom, or the parent/grandparent of either the bride or groom. You are welcome to use our 150 ivory wedding chair covers. Please note there a charge for laundry.
FOR ALL HIRINGS:
Optional cleaning charge. Simply remove the rubbish after your event and we will do the rest, including putting all the chairs and tables away. Please ask our Booking Secretary for a quote.
Included (at no extra charge) is the use of the kitchen, chairs, trestle tables, coffee tables, grand piano, childrens' highchairs, seat cushions, and a cooler cabinet for drinks.
Theatre lighting is metered and charged at £1 per unit of electricity used.

A deposit for parties and events is required, and your invoice will be forwarded after the event has taken place, as there may additional charges.
